Falcon, like all VCON videoconferencing products, features VCON's exclusive PacketAssist™ architecture, providing advanced Quality of Service (QoS) over IP networks. PacketAssist features a suite of tools and capabilities that remove many obstacles to video-over-IP deployment. Thanks to PacketAssist, Falcon will automatically adapt to network conditions, while ensuring that users experience the best possible audio and video performance.

In addition to furthering VCON's IP leadership, Falcon has an elegant, industrial design, comes in a variety of colors and features one of the smallest footprints in the industry. Falcon's hand-held remote has a unique and user-friendly two-tier design, separating frequently used buttons from those required to control more complex functions.

The advanced functionality of Falcon includes web-based management, configuration and updates. Users can view and modify LAN and H.323 parameters, control phone book functions, or upgrade to the latest version of software, all on-line and from a remote central location. With dual monitor support, Falcon can also be used as a large group system, displaying remote video on one monitor and local video on the other.
