With Click to Meet creating, entering and attending web conferences couldn't be simpler! Integration with Windows Messenger allows conference creation and invitation directly from your Windows Messenger client. Reach out to as many people as possible—using the ways you communicate now. E-mail, instant messaging and even telephones can be used to bring Attendees into conferences.

Attendees have full control over their conference experience. They choose who to view, what to view and how to view it. With the addition of powerful new Presenter control features, the Presenter can choose to "synchronize" the conference skin. This flexible layout control ensures everyone is quite literally, "on the same page". In addition, the Conference Creator has the ability to moderate the conference.

Attendees have the ability to present or share applications, documents and an embedded whiteboard. Materials may be uploaded and displayed on-the-fly or saved in advance and made available for download after the conference is finished.
