The SmileCAM-Dome from SINTEC Corporation is a high-speed, Pan/Tilt, ceiling-mount camera that excels as a surveillance system for the home or office.
 The SmileCAM-Dome comes with a PCI-capture card, RS-232 control cable, video cable and mounting plate - ”everything you need to implement a quick and easy security solution. Once you have the camera mounted in a convenient location, simply install the PCI card and software onto a PC, configure the FTP server settings to a webserver and you're ready to go. All that remains is to open a web browser and to navigate to your web site.
From this point things begin to get fun. With the simple click of your mouse on the video window, you control the camera! With 300° Pan and 70° Tilt motion you have incredible control over the camera and what you want to see.
