Polycom WebOffice Delivers Desktop Portal Access, To Instant Messaging, Data, Audio And Video. Polycom WebOffice integrates all of the technologies and products needed to enable real time communications and conferencing from your desktop with the people that you work with each day. Using your personal WebOffice Manager, you can build your own Buddy List. Presence detection indicates if someone is available for an instant message or conference session and device detection tells you which of your buddies are video enabled.
