Maia is the first videophone to support both ISDN and IP-based (H.323) communications standards. It conforms to the H.323 standard (up to 384 Kbps over IP).
High-Quality Video
Maia features a high-resolution (756 x 556) 6" LCD video display for private discussions with top-quality images from any visual angle. A TV screen connection is also provided for applications requiring larger presentation. For output, a built-in camera with manual focus uses a ¼" CCD sensor to capture high-quality, 15 fps video.
Excellent Sound Reproduction Maia provides large bandwidth and full-duplex hands-free audio with omnidirectional microphone, echo cancellation and Automatic Noise Suppression.
Simple Install and Easy to Use Its onscreen contextual help and intuitive, non-intimidating graphical user interface ensure that Maia is easy to install and use. The simple keypad and handset, plus address book dialing, make it easy to master right away, even for the most novice user. All remote diagnostics and management functions are accessible from web browsers.
