VCON's Broadcast Viewer was designed to passively view VCON Interactive  Multicast sessions and VCON VCB  2000 streaming video sessions. Additionally, the Broadcast  Viewer is able to view most H.26X-based video sessions streamed  using the IP multicast standard. The Broadcast Viewer, with the same look and feel of VCON's vPoint desktop conferencing software,  is easy to use and can be loaded onto any PC on the corporate  network, giving all employees access to important company broadcasts.

VCON's Broadcast Viewer has a built-in content manager that lists all active broadcasts, so users can choose which session to view.  If the session being viewed is a continuous presence session,  the Viewer will show all participants. If the session being viewed  is a voice-activated session, the Viewer will seamlessly show  the participants as the active speaker changes.

Note: DirectX 8.1 or later is required for the VCON Broadcast  Viewer.
